General Terms
Our current General Terms are applicable for all orders placed on www.parfum-stunter.com
Article 1 Definitions
1. www.Parfum-stunter.com is a website of JP-Handelsonderneming, residing in Veldhoven, registered in the Commercial Register of the Kamer van Koophandel in Eindhoven number 17130519.
Article 2 Application
1. The current General Terms are applicable to any order and agreement between JP-Handelsonderneming and the customer. By concluding, the customer accepts these terms without any reservations.
2. These conditions are accessible to everyone on the website www.Parfum-stunter.com. A written copy of these conditions is made available upon request.
3. JP-Handelsonderneming has the right to change these conditions and the contents of the www.Parfum-stunter.com website at all times.
Article 3 Order confirmation and agreements
1. After JP-Handelsonderneming has received the order,
JP-Handelsonderneming will send you automatic the confirmation.
2. As soon as JP-Handelsonderneming has received the order and payment has been confirmed, the order will be accepted and executed by JP-Handelsonderneming within 2 working days.
Article 4 Prices
1. The total price, shown on the order, is not definitive because the transportcost are different for all countries.
2.JP-Handelsonderneming will mail you a definitive invoice this includes: prices of the products and transport.
3. No custom duties or value added taxes shall be due for deliveries in the European Union.
4. JP-Handelsonderneming is not reponsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies set forth in this website. The information and prices are subject to change without notice.
Please note that from time to time, manufactures might change the products, packaging without notifying us. We guarantee that the content of said packaging is the same as desribed on our website, however, we reserve the rights to the same product but with different packaging.
Article 5 Delivery
1. JP-Handelsonderneming undertakes effort, once the order has been accepted and JP-Handelsonderneming receives confirmation from Ideal or Rabobank, to deliver the products to the address clearly indicated by the customer.
2. For deliveries outside the E.U: the customer is responsible for import duties in his or her country. Please contact your local tax-office. There is a possibility that the parcel is delayed at customs in the country of destination. JP-Handelsonderneming has no control over this and can not be helt responsible for this.
3. All delivery costs are for the customer’s account.
4. The customer is obliged to accept the purchased products the moment they are handed over or presented to him/her.
5. If the customer refuses to take delivery of the purchased goods or fails to give the information or correct address necessary to their delivery, additional costs for extra delivery or storage are on the customer’s expense.
6. JP-Handelsonderneming cannot and will not for any reason be held liable for any deterioration in the products due to the customers failure to collect the products in a timely matter.
7. Any term of delivery, given by JP-Handelsonderneming , shall only be indicative. Depending on the country involved, the indicative delivery time may vary from four (4) till thirty (30) working days. With working days is meant Monday till Friday.
8. In case JP-Handelsonderneming needs further information from the customer in order to execute the order, the delivery time will start after the customer has provided the required information.
Article 6 Guarantee
1. JP-Handelsonderneming guarantees that the products to be delivered shall meet the usual requirements and shall not have an outdated expiration date. . JP-Handelsonderneming shall take all the necessary care and attention to assure that the products correspond to the description that is given on the website on the date the order was processed.
2. The guarantee mentioned above shall be valid until the “best before” date of the products, but only if applicable.
3. If the customer informs JP-Handelsonderneming for a period of 2 days by mail products can be exchanged, if the products are complete, undamaged, unused and returned in the original package. The transportcost are for the customers account.
Article 7 Payment and Methods
Methods of payment Dutch bank account
iDEAL
If you have a Dutch bank account, paying by means of iDEAL is the easiest and quickest option. Parfum Webshop receives iDEAL-payments immediately. Please use this link to find more information about iDEAL.
Bank transfer
When you do not like to pay by means of iDEAL, you can pay by bank transfer. If you have an account at Rabobank, we will receive your payment almost directly. If you have an account at another Dutch bank, we will receive your payment after a few days.
Please ensure that your order number is quoted when making the transfer. Transfers (Dutch bank account holders only) should be made to:

Methods of payment foreign bank account
If you do not have a Dutch bank account, you can only pay by bank transfer.

1. Payments are accepted via Ideal and Bank transfer. The products will not be sent or shipped until the payment has been done.
2. Your information will not be passed on to third parties (according to the Person Registration Law, Netherlands).
3. If the customer chooses to pay via Bank transfer, the ordered products will be reserved for the customer during fourteen (14) days.
After JP-Handelsonderneming has received the outstanding amount on her bank account, the products will be sent orshipped to the customer. The agreement will loose it’s validity if the outstanding amount is not paid within the stated timeframe.
Article 8 Copyrights
1. JP-Handelsonderneming shall reserve the rights and authorities to which she is entitled under Copyright Act.
2. JP-Handelsonderneming is owner and license holder of all copyrights, databases, applications, trademarks and other intellectual rights that are part of this website. Concept, structure, lay-out and design are the exclusive property of JP-Handelsonderneming.
3. If used by the customer this can only be done exclusively and must not be reproduced, made public or brought to the notice of third parties.
